My youth, my youth
Mellow yourself, my youth
You affi listen when mi talk
Mi don want mi dog dem fi bark
Give a fool ah rope, and him ah go hung himself
God help those who help themselves
Wisdom and knowledge wey mi ask from Jah
'Member that Jah
Mi nuh ask nobada fi call mi king
My fans dem call mi king
Only Jah knows
Only Jah, only Jah Jah knows
Yes mi fan dem, call mi king
Only dem call mi king
I know one day, dem'ah go see, seh this ah reality
Mi hear nuff argument aguan
Nuff chat aguan
Only Jah knows why dem'alla fight mi crown
It was 2013 wey mi lig tha' hit song
Dancehall king make dem alla jump around
True talk thing mi know seh dem ah go frown
Buh mi nuh go bother if dem seh dem nuh go over stand
Ah mi seh dem can use mi this time around
So mi raise di banner cah mi love mi own motherland
Ah real DJ make the people sing along
Ah dat, mi show wholla dem inna mi town
But mi never know why dem ah fight me for
Only Jah know why dem hate me so
Buh mi never ah go stop alla the true talk
Cah dem never coulda predict my future
Bandana from Ghana, ah mi talk dem moko hoo
Mi nuh ask nobada fi call mi king
My fans dem call mi king
Only Jah knows
Only Jah, only Jah Jah knows
Yes mi fan dem, call mi king
Only dem call mi king
I know one day, dem'ah go see, seh this ah reality
That's why dem cyaan stop di sun from shinning
No record label but Jah sign me
Only shatta wale ease up the crime
Now every ghetto youth start recording
Ah mi give di ghetto youth dem opportunity
Put dem pon ah show exhibit dem creativity
Tell'em nuh to watch no nitweetity
Utter di music like wah, novitity
And one thing mi tell'em mi simplicity
Keep ah clean heart, nuh deal with vanity
We growing, so we show maturity
Wi nuh fear dem face inna di city
Oh yeah, dem all wonder
How I came and fly high
But Shatta Wale di fans dem want
Mi nuh ask nobada fi call mi king
My fans dem call mi king
Only Jah knows
Only Jah, only Jah Jah knows
Yes mi fan dem, call mi king
Only dem call mi king
I know one day, dem'ah go see, seh this ah reality
Give a fool ah rope, and him ah go hung himself
God help those who help themselves
